Mr Derome left his mark as manager, coach, consultant and auditor, and directed many improvement and reengineering projects, all while working in strategic development and project management methodologies. As seasoned trainer, Mr Derome has elaborated innovative approaches to project management competency development, management tool development, as well as team consolidation. As person in charge of the Training Department, he has the responsibility to "train-the-trainers", while adapting and integrating various teaching approaches.
Mr Derome holds a Master's Degree in Project Management (MPM) from the Université du Québec à Montréal (UQÀM) and a Bachelor's Degree in Architecture from the Université de Montréal. He is also certified Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute (PMI).
