His excellent customer-oriented relational skills have enabled him to become knowledgeable in the areas of e-Business and revenue cycle management (RCM). Amongst his wide array of achievements and mandates, we find: application development, integration technology, change management, business process re-engineering (BPR), training, as well as operational management.
Mr Cusson holds a Bachelor's of Commerce Degree in Management Information Systems from HEC Montréal (Hautes Études Commerciales), and holds the title of Project Management Professional (PMP) of the Project Management Institute (PMI)). Cumulating nearly 20 years of experience in various project environments, Mr Robert Derome has acquired remarkable in-depth knowledge in project management within several business sectors (architecture, engineering, technology and construction). Mr Derome left his mark as manager, coach, consultant and auditor, and directed many improvement and reengineering projects, all while working in strategic development and project management methodologies. As seasoned trainer, Mr Derome has elaborated innovative approaches to project management competency development, management tool development, as well as team consolidation. As person in charge of the Training Department, he has the responsibility to "train-the-trainers", while adapting and integrating various teaching approaches.
Mr Derome holds a Master's Degree in Project Management (MPM) from the Université du Québec à Montréal (UQÀM) and a Bachelor's Degree in Architecture from the Université de Montréal. He is also certified Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute (PMI).
Marie Devrue joined the SIRIUS Consulting team in 2009 and has been head of the Human Resources and Recruitment Department since 2011. As part of her duties, Ms. Devrue leads a new approach to human resources management, helping SIRIUS to stand out from its competition and keeping it at the forefront of human resources management and recruitment practices.
Ms. Devrue has a French graduate degree in Computer Science and 30 years of experience, including 20 in recruitment. In addition to teaching computer science, she has worked as an analyst, an account manager and a recruitment officer, hiring consultants for international service companies.
After joining the SIRIUS Consulting team in 2010, Luc Larose was appointed to the position of Vice‑President, Strategy Project Management, in 2013 – a position that includes responsibility for the delivery of consulting services. Mr. Larose has over 14 years of experience in project management and change management, acquired within major private and public companies as well as emerging and transitioning businesses.
His facility with clients helped him to acquire a great deal of experience in corporate organization and structure, process integration, and upper management support in strategic policy. His accomplishments include the completion of projects aiming to establish normative frameworks for project management, project offices, change management, process reengineering, training, and complex project management.
Mr. Larose has an MBA from the HEC and a bachelor’s degree in Law from Université de Montréal. He is also PMI PMP (Project Management International – Project Management Professional) certified.
